Pinging And Blipping

Here's a quick how-to on how to set up your Blip.fm account to auto post your blips to Ping.fm.

 

  • Step 1: Set up a posting group.  You can do this here
  • Log in to your Blip.fm account
  • Click "Settings" at the top right

 

 

  • Now click "Services"

 

 

  • Select "Ping.fm" from the dropdown
  • Enter your account name (This doesn't impact the fuctionality at all)
  • Go grab your Ping.fm app key if you haven't already done so (http://ping.fm/key/)
  • Paste in your app key in the appropriate box
  • Click "ADD"

 

 

  • Click the group you want Blips to be posted to
  • Click "OK"

 

 

And that's it!  Enjoy Pinging through Blip.fm.
