Updating LinkedIn status


If you are having problems posting to LinkedIn, here are two common problems:

 

1. If you are logged in to LinkedIn when you send your message over Ping.fm, your status will not show updated until you log out and back in.  Other people on LinkedIn should be able to see your status change immediately.

 

2. Ping.fm will only send the "status" method to LinkedIn, not blogs or microblogs.  If your default method is set to microblogs, your message will not be delivered to LinkedIn unless you specify status (@s).

 

If you are still having problems, try checking Messages Not Posting
